The South Carolina Home Care Association is a nonprofit trade association representing providers of home health and hospice services in the state.

The Association was established in 1979 and currently represents the leading certified agencies in South Carolina. SCHCA’s mission is leadership, advocacy and education. Our services include: technical assistance via email and telephone, monthly newsletters, quality educational programs, email alerts, networking opportunities, and political lobbying. SCHCA strongly advocates for their members and the many patients they serve, and is recognized by colleagues, regulators, and legislators as one of the most active and effective home health associations in the US.
